These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at remeal.ai (the “Website”), which is operated by Artem Udovichenko (“Remeal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Website or submitting information through the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Pre-launch status
Remeal is currently in pre-launch. The Website is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to join the waitlist.
By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that: (a) no app, subscription, paid service, or final product is currently being provided; (b) joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship; (c) joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, early access, product availability, or any launch date; and (d) we may change, delay, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Website, the waitlist, or the future product at any time.
2. Eligibility
You may use this Website only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.
The Website and waitlist are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the waitlist.
By submitting your email address, you confirm that the email address belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
3. Waitlist communications
If you voluntarily submit your email address and provide the required consent, we may send you product updates, launch announcements, early access invitations, and other directly related pre-launch communications.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, if available, or by contacting us at admin@remeal.ai.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Website in violation of applicable law; (b) interfere with the Website’s operation or security; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems; or (d) copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit Website content without our prior written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Website and all content on it, including text, branding, graphics, layouts, visuals, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Remeal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, branding, or content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
6. No warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, launch timing, final features, functionality, or future availability of any Remeal product.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Website after any update becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of your habitual residence.
